On May 28, 2022, Niu Xiting, deputy director of the Institute of agricultural information and economics of Hebei Academy of agricultural and Forestry Sciences, organized five experts in relevant fields to evaluate the achievements of the project "research and development and application of Bacillus Aryabhata silicolysis and acid regulating soil remediation bacteria" completed by Hebei Monband water soluble fertilizer Co., Ltd. after the inquiry and discussion of the evaluation expert group, Finally, it was assessed that the technology of "research and development and application of soil remediation agent for silicon hydrolysis and acid regulation by Bacillus Aryabhata" was at the leading level in China.


The soil remediation bacteria agent for silicon hydrolysis and acid regulation developed by the project has been tested in Dongyang village, Honghu Township, Yujiang District, Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province and Liujia village, liujiazhan Township, Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province by the red soil ecological experimental station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The three-year positioning test (the tested crop is rice Xiangzao 143) has been conducted on the red soil with uniform fertility and good drainage and irrigation conditions, The soil bulk density decreases by 1.21-1.22g/cm3, the soil porosity increases to 50.46% - 51.02%, and the pH increases to 5.63-5.77, which is 0.33-0.47 higher than the original soil pH, indicating that the soil remediation bacteria can make the soil loose, increase the soil porosity, enhance the permeability, improve the soil structure significantly, and also improve the pH of acidic soil; Compared with conventional fertilization + inactivated soil remediation agent matrix, the yield increase rate of rice was 8.2% - 9.3%, and the net value-added per mu was 38-49.2 yuan. It has been used in Pitaya planting area of Hainan Province, Hami melon planting area of Hainan Province, citrus planting area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, etc. users have reported that the use of this microbial soil remediation agent can improve soil structure, increase soil pH, increase crop yield, improve crop quality and increase mu income.


The soil remediation bacteria products developed by the project have obtained the registration certificate issued by the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas: soil remediation bacteria microbial fertilizer (2021) Zhunzi (10588) (powder) and microbial fertilizer (2021) Zhunzi (10589) (granules). The applied invention patent "a microbial soil remediation agent and its preparation method (application No. 202111426718.3)" has been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office.
