In order to implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and the zero-growth action plan for fertilizers, accelerate the research and development, industrialization and promotion of new fertilizer technologies and products, and promote the benign development of Beijing Slow-release Fertilizer Engineering Technology Research Center, Hebei Monband Water-Soluble Fertilizer Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (co-construction unit) and Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences (relying units) set up and jointly established Beijing Slow and Controlled Release Fertilizer Engineering Technology Center at the location of Monband Factory (Xinzhaidian Industrial Park, Zhao County, Hebei Province) .

The two sides will carry out strategic cooperation in a series of new fertilizer fields, such as controlled release fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers and soil conditioners, to jointly build R&D and results transformation platforms, enhance the influence of sub-centers in the development and application of new fertilizers, and promote both sides sustainable development.

Through the integration and maturation of the drum coating equipment and the coating liquid spraying equipment, master the process parameters of the in-situ reaction film-forming controlled release fertilizer stable production, combined with the established controlled release special fertilizer production line to ensure the industrial production of controlled release fertilizer products.
