MONBAND TEAM CONSTRUCTION in JULY

In 1-2 July, Monband sales team have been to Shanxi for team construction, to learn culture of Shanxi merchants.

We have visited Courtyard of Family Qiao, to know more about the business history of family Qiao; and we have also went to see Pingyao Ancient City, to memory its flourish and downfall.

During the trip, we find problems about team cooperation, leadership, communication and competition and work out solutions accordingly.
