Monband® MBT PULI-NANO(MBT SUS) helps strawberry ripening stage management

1. Temperature management of strawberry ripening stage

The daytime temperature in the strawberry greenhouse is best maintained at 25~28. Observe the temperature change in the shed at any time. When the temperature of the shed is higher than the appropriate temperature, pay attention to ventilation and cooling. Avoid fruit ripening too fast and making the fruit smaller.

The night temperature in the greenhouse is best controlled at 3~10. When the temperature at night is above 7 degrees, open the tuyere. At 5-7 degrees, the tuyere is half open. At 3-5 degrees, leave a gap in the tuyere. Below 3 degrees, close the tuyere.

2. Water and fertilizer management of strawberry during fruit growing period

Sufficient soil water supply should be ensured during the rising period of strawberry. The soil humidity should be kept at about 80%, and the air humidity should be kept at about 50%. This is conducive to strawberry seedlings set fruit, while inhibiting the occurrence and spread of diseases and pests.

Fertilizer application is mainly based on balanced water-soluble fertilizer. At the same time add humic acid containing organic fertilizer. It is recommended to use Monband ® GuYu ® Balance type (20-20-20) 3-5kg/ mu + Monband ® MBT PULI-NANO(MBT SUS) 5kg/ mu, and use it once every 5-7 days.

Applying fertilizer several times can promote the effective absorption of fertilizer. At the same time, it can be combined with the application of foliar fertilizer to supplement medium elements and improve fruit quality and hardness.

3. Plant management of strawberry during fruit rising period

The key point of management in the expansion stage is the removal of stolons and old leaves. At the early stage of growth, stolon seedlings consumed a lot of nutrients from the mother plant and competed with flowers and fruits for nutrients. Therefore, the stolons and seedlings should be removed in time to save nutrients to help the mother plant to bloom and bear fruit to ensure high quality and high yield.
