Science-Based Targets Initiative(SBTi) Monband® Commitment
According to the Sixth Assessment Report Synthesis: Climate Change 2023, released by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the global average surface temperature increase of 1.1℃ in 2011-2020 compared to 1850-1900, and 2021-2040 the best estimate of global warming will be 1.5℃. As the problem of global climate change intensifies, it has become particularly urgent to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainable development. In this process, enterprises have become a key force in promoting carbon emission reduction and play an important role in the country's goal of achieving ‘carbon peak and carbon neutrality’.
In order to deeply practice the green footprint worldview and actively promote the sustainable development of agriculture, Monband® has taken the first step to realise the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). Currently, SBTi has officially acknowledged the Letter of Commitment submitted by Monband®. Under SBTi, Monband® will set emission reduction targets and a long-term net-zero goal to achieve greenhouse gas emissions reductions consistent with the 1.5°C temperature limitation pathway.
Based on the importance and urgency of agricultural issues caused by climate change, Monband® has elevated sustainable development to the company's strategic level and formulated a scientific, comprehensive and systematic sustainable development strategy. We have integrated SBTI into the top-level design of the company to ensure that SBTI becomes an important part of the sustainability strategy. At the same time, Monband® will formulate a series of practical and effective corporate carbon reduction initiatives around SBTI, hoping to contribute to the fight against the climate crisis and the protection of agro-ecology.

At the same time, MBT PuLi's range of products is produced in a sustainable manner, with ‘cleaner production’ integrated into the development of the products, resulting in a truly ‘zero-waste’ production process. We ensure that 100% of our products are used in agricultural production, thus saving energy and reducing emissions in order to protect the environment.
